This year our Short-Sale panel will feature the "Nuts and Bolts" of short sales with "escalators" from Wells Fargo and BofA plus our good friend Sam Bedros of Wachovia. Allen Seelenbinder, VP of REO/Short-Sales West Coast, for Bank of America made a great point at our Short-Sale Panel held recently at the Santa Rosa Chapter of Realtors breakfast meeting--THE TIP? Whenever you change or alter your conditions in a BofA short-sale, or any for that matter, make sure when you submit an item, perhaps asking for a credit for pest work or extension of a specific contingency, that you ALSO EXTEND your timeframe for closing!
